This legal notice governs access to and use of ingeniarte.app (the “site”), where Ingenia presents its services and offers several tools: contact form, brief generator, newsletter, and conversational assistant.
Accessing or browsing the site gives you user status and means you have read and accept this notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Terms of access and use
Access to the site is free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of your internet connection. You agree to use the site and its tools diligently, lawfully, and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or bad-faith activity, or impersonate other people.
- Provide third-party data without being entitled to do so.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or anything that could harm the site, its users, or third parties.

Site tools
The site’s tools are offered to make it easier to contact Ingenia and do not by themselves create a contractual relationship. We may modify, limit, or withdraw them at any time.

AI conversational assistant
The site includes an assistant that replies using an artificial intelligence model. You are talking to an AI, not a person.
Its answers are indicative, may be incomplete or contain errors, and are not a quote, commitment, or professional advice from Ingenia. Confirm any relevant information with the team before making decisions. The same applies to the drafts produced by the brief tool.
To protect your privacy, do not include passwords, sensitive data, or confidential third-party information in the conversation.
Intellectual and industrial property
Texts, designs, code, marks, logos, images, and other site content, as well as its structure and selection, belong to Ingenia or are used under license or authorization. Third-party marks and materials shown in cases and projects belong to their respective owners and appear for reference only.
You may view the site, print it, or download it for personal use, and quote it by linking to the source. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation — requires prior written authorization, except where the law allows it.
The text you send us through forms or the chat remains yours. You authorize us to use it only to reply to you and handle your request.

Informational content
