Key decisions

What made the difference.

  1. 01

Specialised agents, not one giant prompt

Scout crawls the site, Structure plans the workspace, Brand and Glossary enrich it, Critic reviews it and Reporter documents the run. Each piece can be tested and improved on its own.

  2. 02

    A deterministic publisher

Writing to Notion is not an AI job: retries with exponential backoff and a pause between calls. If anything fails, it archives everything it created and leaves the user's workspace clean.

  3. 03

    Three build profiles

Starter, standard and pro add artefacts from less to more: from basic pages and databases to policies, meetings, personas and templates.

  4. 04

    Live progress and traceability

Users watch each stage stream in. Every output is kept for 24 hours so the system's behaviour can be audited.

Outcome

Where it landed.

  • From a URL to a structured Notion workspace in about 30 seconds.
  • Three output profiles depending on the depth a team needs.
  • Automatic rollback if a build fails midway.
  • Product in production with authentication and per-user limits.
